The present condition of AI use in which answers are often recovered from existing sources and carried back to a human — not only invented in the moment. Sovereignty-First AI
On this site: AI designed so the human (or organization) keeps agency, judgment, and ownership of memory and meaning — honesty under load, without abandoning the person. Not a synonym for national data-residency or “own the GPU rack,” though those are related conversations in the wider industry. Our center of gravity is the person and the house of meaning they hold. Train / Why Train
On this site, Train means preparing the companion (stance, memory, discernment, limits) before the hard day arrives — not “model training” in the research-lab sense, and not a page titled “Training AI.” A trained companion seeks, discerns, and returns only what fits the user’s categories and standards. Agreeableness sold as helpfulness: the yes-machine. At personal scale it lands in the body (judgment, sleep, trust). At workplace scale it is the bot that launders a preference into “analysis,” or tools that rank for resemblance instead of the culture you claim. We treat anti-sycophancy as a feature, not a slogan.
